1. Acceptance

By using Crusade Atlas, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Intellectual Property

Crusade Atlas is an IP-safe tool. We do not include, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted game content. The stats and data you enter are provided by you and remain your responsibility.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or use another user's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Crusade Atlas to distribute copyrighted game content, spam other users, or attempt to access other users' data.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

AI credit bundles are non-refundable once purchased. Unused monthly included credits do not carry over.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crusade Atlas is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
