1. Acceptance

By using Crusade Atlas, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Intellectual Property

Crusade Atlas is a game-system-agnostic campaign management tool. We do not include, license, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted game content — including rules, unit statistics, faction names, artwork, or other material owned by any tabletop game publisher.

All roster data, unit stats, faction names, and related content stored in Crusade Atlas is provided solely by you via file upload or manual entry. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload and store does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Crusade Atlas claims no ownership over user-generated content. Your data remains yours.

If you believe any content hosted on Crusade Atlas infringes your intellectual property rights, please refer to our Copyright Policy.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or use another user's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Crusade Atlas to distribute copyrighted game content, spam other users, or attempt to access other users' data.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Generation credit bundles are non-refundable once purchased. Unused monthly included credits do not carry over.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crusade Atlas is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
